Please note: We will not accept any applications until the property has been inspected by yourself or by someone on your behalf. Once your name has been left with the property manager at the inspection we will then be able to process your application.
You're welcome to place in an application, so once viewed we can proceed with it.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST
This form can be used by tenants of a property managed by Hodgkinson Real Estate to report maintenance issues. If you have an urgent repair and it is currently out of our business hours, then please refer to the Emergency Tradespeople List.
